Uffculme School is a Special school, offering co-education for children and young people from ages 4 to 19 years. Our students represent the wide cultural mix that makes up the general population of Birmingham. We are a successful school with a proven track record of providing high quality education for young people with a primary diagnosis of ASD. We currently cater for around 300 children over three sites.
Uffculme is a dynamic and unique community, with a committed and skilled group of staff. All staff at the school are passionate about meeting the needs of children and young people as well as supporting them develop on their own pathways and to achieve their aspirations. We believe Uffculme is a wonderful place to learn and work. We are committed to further developing our provision to enhance further the learning opportunities and experiences of our young people.
Our recent Ofsted remarks on the changes that the school has made in recent years. We work with students, parents, carers and staff to understand the changing priorities for our learners at school and beyond our gates. We all aim to ensure that the lived experiences of our students at school enables them to make ambitious progress towards their personalised outcomes in line with our mission statement.
